Reducing highlights & shine on faces in Lightroom Classic

As a special request, I have created today's post...how to reduce highlights and shine on faces in Lightroom Classic. Sure you can do this in PS, but not everyone is comfortable in Photoshop, but you can use similar methods to achieve similar results. While there are a variety of ways to fix these issues I have found the Clone tool is probably the best way to do it.
